Welcome to the Spiticare website. By accessing our site and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Spiticare offers a range of professional maintenance and facility services, including:

  • Pest Control (Disinfestation and Rodent Control)

  • Disinfection and Sanitisation

  • Manhole Cleaning and Drain Clearing

  • Boiler Maintenance and Technical Inspection

  • Building Management and Shared Expense Administration

We commit to performing these services using qualified personnel and industry-standard equipment and materials.

2. Customer Responsibilities

To provide the best possible service, we require your cooperation in the following areas:

  • Access: You must provide safe and unobstructed access to the areas requiring service (e.g., roof, basement, boiler room, or manholes).

  • Preparation: You must follow any specific preparation instructions provided by our team prior to our arrival, such as clearing items away from work zones or ensuring pets are secured.

  • Safety: For chemical treatments, you must follow all safety protocols regarding re-entry times and ventilation to ensure the health of the occupants.

3. Service-Specific Conditions

  • Boiler Maintenance: All maintenance is performed by licensed technicians. Upon completion, we provide the necessary official certification as required by local environmental and safety regulations.

  • Pest Control: We use approved products. While we aim for total eradication, successful results often depend on the customer maintaining the hygiene and structural repairs recommended by our technicians.

  • Drainage and Manholes: Spiticare is not responsible for damages resulting from the collapse of pipes that are already aged, corroded, or structurally compromised. Our service is focused on clearing blockages under standard operating pressures.

  • Building Management: Our role is to facilitate the smooth operation of the building and the fair distribution of shared expenses. Individual owners remain responsible for their specific financial obligations as defined by the building's internal regulations.

4. Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed Appointments: If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot gain access to the property, a standard call-out fee will be charged to cover travel and administrative costs.

  • Withdrawal Rights: For services booked online or remotely, you have a 14-day window to cancel your request, provided the work has not yet begun. This right does not apply to emergency repairs or urgent maintenance requested for immediate execution.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are subject to applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) as determined by current regulations.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a prior monthly management or contract agreement has been signed.

  • We reserve the right to update our pricing, but any confirmed bookings will be honored at the price agreed upon at the time of booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spiticare is committed to high-quality service. However, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific service. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or indirect damages.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided to Spiticare (such as name, address, and contact details) is used solely for the purpose of scheduling, performing services, and billing. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Athens.
